The 2009 C&TI Canoe Race had 40 boats and  68 participants for the 13 mile race.  The fastest time was a six man canoe from Belize with at time of 1hr 34 mins 2 seconds.  The second fastest time was a 3 man canoe by Texans Jerry Cochran, Fred Mynar and Sammy Prochaska with a time 10 seconds slower with a time of 1 hr 34 minutes 12 seconds.  For additional information call Mark Henneke 830-672-2779
